60 days. No engine. No answers.
On 18 August 2026, we paid for one Blade HALO 6 demonstration outboard. On 28 August, Joseph from Blade estimated dispatch in approximately three weeks. That timeframe passed. As of 17 October 2026, the engine had not arrived and our subsequent requests for an invoice and delivery information had gone unanswered.

Another European dealer. A similar story.
We received a written account from an established European distributor of electric marine propulsion systems. Its management reports paying a five-figure sum in euros more than a year ago. According to the distributor, it received just one engine, which stopped working during its first test at the company’s office. The distributor says it is still awaiting the remaining engines or a refund.
The distributor also reports that Blade stopped responding and that legal action is being considered. We have withheld identifying details. This separate account has not been independently verified.
Still seeking new dealers?
Blade's website has advertised dealer opportunities. If those invitations remain active, prospective partners should ask how outstanding deliveries, product problems and refund requests are being handled before making advance payments.
